My interview is tomorrow and my brain feels like scrambled eggs!

Bob: Alice, hi! Scrambled eggs? Haha! Don’t worry, you’ll be great. What’s up?

Alice: I’m just so nervous. What if they ask a super difficult question? Like, “What’s your spirit animal and why is it a stapler?”

Bob: Uh, Alice, I don’t think they’ll ask that. Mostly it’s about your skills and why you want the job.

Alice: Right. Skills… Like, “I can make a killer sandwich!” Is that a skill?

Bob: Maybe for a chef! For *this* job, think about your work experience. What did you do before?

Alice: I organized my messy desk. Does “extreme organization” count?

Bob: It’s a start! You can say you’re detail-oriented. And remember to prepare your answers for “Why do you want to work here?”

Alice: Oh, that one! I want to work here because… uh… they have free coffee? And nice chairs?

Bob: *laughs* Okay, maybe focus on their company mission or what you admire about them. Not just the coffee, Alice.

Alice: Good point, Bob. So, “I admire your innovative approach to… paperclips!”

Bob: Better! And don’t forget to ask *them* questions at the end. It shows you’re interested.

Alice: Like, “Do you have a nap room?”

Bob: Maybe save that for after you get the job, Alice! Ask about team projects or company culture. You’ve got this!

Alice: Thanks, Bob. You’re the best mock interviewer ever. Wish me luck!

Bob: Good luck, Alice! Break a leg!
